Department of Civil Personnel Records (DoCPR)

The Department had been using successfully Personnel Information System along with Post Management, Payroll, Pensions and Gratuities modules since 2003. This application software had been developed and implemented by WorldLink under a previous Asian Development Bank Technical Assistance Programme for governance reform.

Pensions Record Office

The Pensions Record Office (PRO) otherwise known as by its Nepali name, “KaushiToshakhana”, under the Financial Comptroller General Office of the Government of Nepal, is responsible for the distributing of pensions to various types of government employees and maintaining accurate records of the disbursement of pensions.

Directorate of Treasuries and Inspection

Under the Orissa Public Sector Reform Programme, DFID supported the GoO initiative to implement an integrated Public Financial Management Reform Programme based on the World Bank’s State Financial Accountability Assessment (SFAA) that sets out the strengths and weakness in GoO’s public financial management.
