Endeavor Balanced Scorecard |

Balanced Scorecard module provides
an easy to use organizational performance
tracking and monitoring system. It
aligns the HR and Non-HR goals and
targets and provides the up-to-date
picture through various Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs) in Executive Dashboard.
These KPIs are represented through
various graphs, angular gauze, trend
analysis charts and so on. The executive
can also track the intervening measures
taken to increase the organizational
performance in various departments. |

| Performance Alert (Rating
Category) : Performance Alert
can be defined by user themselves with
their preferred alert (e.g. High Alert,
Moderate Alert, Low Alert or High Intensity,
Moderate Intensity, Low Intensity etc).
User can also select the appropriate
color to represent these alerts (e.g.
red for high, yellow for moderate and
green for low). |

| Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs) : Key Performance Indicators
are the indicators given to the specific
head of departments to ensure the organization
is moving in the right direction to
achieve the target vision, mission and
objectives. These indicators might be
Financial Indicators (Liquidity, Account
Receivable, Account Payable), Human
Resource Indicator (Turnover, Employee
Engagement, Workforce Diversity etc)
or Operational Indicator (resources
availability, inventory, warehouse,
distribution etc). User can define N
number of indicators in a specific group.
The KPIs can be of two types. |

| In Human Resource (Endeavor) KPI,
user can put simple query and based
upon the query the result is automatically
populated. For, Non-Human Resources
KPI, user can import data from the excel
files and track the performance in a
specific KPI. |

| Executive Dashboard :
Once the KPI is created, the access
can be provided to specific users from
the access control system. The executives
can add all the KPIs in their dashboard
through “Add Dashlet” features.
They can also track the intervening
measures taken through the Dashboard
itself. |
