This module aims to keep track
of the performance of employees performed
during a period and helps to monitor
and strategically plan for the performance
improvement of employees. It is further
linked with “Personnel Information
Module”, “Training and
Development Module” as well
as “Payroll Module”. This
module has been designed with the
philosophy that performance improvement
is never ending process, so the cycle
of performance appraisal, training
and development, reward and compensation
keeps on repeating and that is how
organization keeps on improving its
overall performance. |

| Evaluation Hierarchy :
There can be a number of user defined
hierarchy of performance evaluation
process. One employee can have multiple
evaluators and the overall evaluation
can be judged from different aspects.

| Evaluation Criteria setting
: PMS is fortified with dynamic
functionality of user defined performance
evaluation criteria. The human resource
department can define any criteria for
any types of employees and assign those
criteria to particular set of people.
The performance is evaluated based on
those criteria. |

| Goals and Targets Setting
: Facilitates supervisors and
their employees to set the goals and
targets and track the status at the
end of performance period. |

| Appraisal : The appraisal
of employee’s performance is done
by the supervisors and managers based
on the criteria set prior to the appraisal.
It has facility to add multiple levels
of supervisors/managers. So, once the
performance criteria is set employee’s
immediate supervisor can appraise with
the predefined rating scale. Once the
supervisor completes the appraisal employee
can view the result and add the comments.
Finally the appraisal is approved by
the top level supervisor of the hierarchy.

| Reward & Training Need
Analysis : After the appraisal,
employees are either rewarded or subjected
to training and development. So, once
the appraisal is completed Endeavor™
HR provides a facility to decide whether
the employee is entitled to get reward
(if s/he performing well) or needs some
training and development activities
(if s/he is not performing well). It
also provides a comprehensive analytical
tool on the financial implication after
rewarding employees through promotion
or cash incentives or benefits additions.
