Training is one of the most important
and regular activities of any organization.
Organization needs to train its resources
on timely basis in order to make them
competitive with the changing scenario
of business, technology and competition.
The training module maintains the
training calendar and provides facilities
to create training and add training
eligibility, training speaker, trainers,
budget, and other prerequisites like
venue detail. Once the training is
created and eligibility criteria are
defined, it is automatically displayed
in the self –service portal
of the eligible employees. The eligible
employees can also apply to the training
through the self-service portal. |

| Training Need Analysis : Organizations
asses the training need through the
continuous process such as training
survey, performance appraisal, supervisor’s
feedback and so on. The training need
analysis helps to prioritize the training
areas and plan/conduct the training
accordingly. |

The Training Module provides a feature
to capture the courses (handouts) of
the training so that employee can themselves
login to the system and can view the
courses online. |

and Evaluation : The Training
Module is used to do the survey of training
need and collect feedback of trainees
as well as trainers for each training.
It helps to measure the evaluation of
training. |
